Repeat Prescriptions - PLEASE ALLOW 72 HOURS TURN AROUND FOR REPEAT PRESCRIPTIONS (THIS DOES NOT INCLUDE SATURDAY/SUNDAY/BANK HOLIDAYS)
Our prescription system is computerised and therefore if you require a repeat you will need to use the tear-off slip on the right hand side of your last prescription. Tick which items you require and place the script in the prescription box in the reception area. Alternatively you can hand it to your local pharmacist who will arrange to collect from the practice or post your request to us. If you wish us to post your prescription back to you please enclose a stamped addressed envelope. Repeat prescriptions can also be requested by using My Health Online. You can register for My Health Online by using the My Surgery App, the app can be downloaded by using the app store links below:

Acute items
These can also be ordered via the My Surgery App using the links above. Please allow 72 hours turn around for acute prescriptions (this does not include Saturday/Sunday/Bank Holidays)
