Nursing Team:
Our practice nurses are qualified to hold their own clinics and can advise on a variety of health problems. They run clinics designed to prevent illness. New patients will be invited to see the nurse to update medical details and offer general health advice. The introduction helps the doctor and nurse to know more about your medical history until they are provided with your medical file from your previous doctor.

Reception:
They are all fully trained and experienced to deal with patients' requests and enquiries, sensitively and sympathetically. They make appointments, take messages, including requests for home visits, and deal with repeat prescriptions. Please remember, if you are asked what seems to be an irritating question, the receptionist is trying to assist both you and the Doctor, and at times this can be difficult. Please ask to speak to a receptionist in private if necessary.

Administration:
Our medical secretaries are responsible for the preparation of referral letters to hospital and other outside agencies and manage enquiries regarding medical reports or any other secretarial query.
